| Description |
The Dalton Road Kindergarten project involves demolishing the old MCH and preschool buildings and constructing a new single-storey facility. It will include two playrooms, a foyer, interview room, staff room, office, amenities, store rooms, MCH consult rooms, and IT services room. The project also includes a multipurpose room and kitchen, all documented external playscapes, landscaping, services, fencing, bin enclosure, signage, modifications to existing car parking and additional parking.
The electrical plans will be issued via Addendum by Monday, 4 May.
No extension of the tender closing date will be considered, and tenderers are required to submit their responses by the nominated closing time and date. |
